Returning an item.
You may return your sports art to us if you are not satisfied for any reason with in 30 days of the purchase date. In order to receive a credit, you must:
Contact us within 30 days to receive a Return Authorization (RA). You may contact us my phone or via email at returns@mvpgalleries.com.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging if possible
Mark the RA number clearly on the packaging
All returns will have a 10% restocking fee

Damaged Items. All artwork is well packaged and are shipped in perfect condition. If the package arrives via freight damaged or even slightly damaged please note the damage when signing for the package. We recommend inspecting the contents of the package before signing and receiving the item. If the item is damaged inside we will need to be notified with 48 hours of delivery. Please make sure not to discard any of the original packaging. All items must include their original packaging and parts for a the item returned and for a full credit to issued.
Cancellations. Orders that are cancelled due to a change of mind will require an authorization number (RA). When you receive the item, it should be returned to sender.
Safety, Security and Privacy. We Take Security Seriously. Liability information. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, MVP Galleries will cover the entire liability to you, up to the full $50 amount. MVP Galleries will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at MVP Galleries while using the secure server.
